This project required precise planning and organisation, due to there being only one access onto site, steel was supplied to site as required, the piece small trusses were built up on the floor and lifted into position using one crane, there was 8 trusses of which none were identical, the fabrication was of the highest quality.

Pre-cast concrete stairs 3 sets up to the ninth floor, a very tight site steel erected up to fifth floor using a mobile crane, floors concreted using higher grade concrete so that we could run lightweight mewps and erect the remaining 4 floors using a mobile 6 axle tower crane.
